SHIPPING POLICY

All our products ship within 3 - 5 business days once order has been placed. When your order has been placed we then begin crafting your special gift and ship when ready.

​Once the shipping carrier receives your products and depending on where your products are being shipped it may take up to 3-7 business days. Please take into consideration that holidays are around the corner which may take more time. 

​Return & Exchange Policy

If any of your item/s arrive broken or in bad condition please contact us immediately so we can help with your order. We can gladly send you another gift or offer you a refund if item/s arrive to your home broken. We must receive proof of shattered/bad conditioned item/s within the first 10 days you first received your product/s.
